Gary Cellini, PharmD, MBA

Gary Cellini, Medicare Advantage Consultant, Health Plans, Renal Executive

Dr. Cellini is a health care management consultant and board member of the Renal Service Exchange. He is well versed on End-Stage Renal Disease Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plans. Gary has led the development of two CMS demonstration projects: the CMS End Stage Renal Disease Management Demonstration and the CMS Care Management for High-Cost Beneficiaries. Also, he developed six Medicare Advantage ESRD Special Need Plans in five states and the District of Columbia.

Rosemary is experienced and uniquely qualified healthcare executive whose success has been built upon accomplishing strategic and operational change in integrated delivery systems, hospitals, ambulatory care facilities, and dialysis industry. She is able to manage both capital and operating budgets with sustainable results. She has built her successes by partnering with physicians, developing high performing management teams, growing volume, improving the patient experience, and implementing innovative operational improvements and cost management initiatives.

As a lawyer and former journalist, Nick brings pertinent expertise to law firms and other health professional services companies (Health Providers & Medical Device) to support their business development goals by creating and implementing media strategies and crisis communications plans. Nick has been building his clients' profiles in the media and developing them as experts in their fields for over 20+ years. 

 

Nick has a long career of being able to deliver sophisticated public relations strategies that are integrated with branding, marketing, and business development goals. Nick's passion for what he does carries through in his work. Nick is the founder of Zumado and the former Co-founder and now advisor to Infinite PR Global. Both firms were the Agency of Record for the 6th largest not-for-profit renal care provider, Satellite Healthcare/ WellBound.

For 12+ years, Heather has worked in and around government programs, initiatives, and offices.

 

She specializes in working with companies to ensure potential laws and rules are reasonable, effective, and necessary. Heather collaborates with employees, stakeholders, and legislative staff to recommend changes or support proposed government action. She advocates for positions by personally meeting with elected officials, leading public affairs campaigns, testifying in legislative hearings, or submitting written comments. 

 

Heather has met with members of Congress to discuss the impact of budget cuts to renal patients, worked with patient and business-based associations on campaigns, and advocated for health-related legislation in both California and Texas.

 

Heather is a former registered state lobbyist and a graduate of UOP, McGeorge School of Law, Suffolk University Law School, and San Jose State University.
